John has specialized in commercial real estate for the past 35 years, working predominately in South Etobicoke and East Mississauga. John is skilled at helping clients pinpoint their needs and matching them with opportunities that are not always apparent.

Through his extensive experience, John has developed rare insight into all sides of the negotiation process and the ability to achieve the best results for those who he represents.

Brendan has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years in various capacities including appraisal, property management and real estate data research.

Brendan brings a diverse skillset from quantitative financial analysis, in-depth research, intimate local market knowledge that will ensure all his clients realize the absolute best outcome for their commercial real estate oriented goals and objectives.

Since joining CPM in 2016,  Justin has quickly built his brand by assisting real estate occupiers, investors, and developers with their commercial and industrial real estate requirements in both South Etobicoke and the surrounding areas.

His ‘people-first’ approach of understanding both his clients’ businesses and them as individuals has set him apart. Whether you’re looking at leasing, buying or selling,  Justin is personally invested in your real estate success.

Julianna began her commercial real estate career in 2023 joining the expert team at CPM Realty. Julianna is passionate about real estate and the South Etobicoke community where she lives, volunteers, and works. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Toronto, and before joining CPM, worked several years in various roles in the corporate world.

Julianna possesses strong business acumen and has quickly made a name for herself as a talented and dedicated young professional. Julianna values collaboration and communication and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her positive attitude has found her success in her short tenure.
